Come enjoy the fabulous 1926 Grandville
Terrace, an historic Hollywood Golden Age apartment building at the foot
of the Hollywood Hills. You will enjoy being in the heart of West
Hollywood, in view of the famous Chateau Marmont and just minutes from the
beaches in Santa Monica, both Getty museums, fine dining, comedy clubs,
and nearly any sort of night life you prefer - including The Abbey where
they often film comedy gigs for LOGO and the famous RAGE dance club.. The
flat was once a cafe for the building and it's best architectural features
are preserved - including an impressive carved coffered ceiling above the
sunken living room. We have everything you need for a wonderful stay,
including a beautiful gourmet kitchen with practically everything from
Williams Sonoma you could ask for - plan to spend an evening cooking for
friends! We easily accommodate a couple in the master suite, while the
spare bedroom/office will house a third. Professionally decorated with
antiques and comfy traditional furnishings, HDTV cable, high speed
internet access and an excellent sound system. Two small terraces, one
with a fountain, offer a bit of private outdoor space. A large formal
garden at the rear of the building provides a lovely public space for
reading or lunch - or take advantage of the indoor pool decorated in the
style of a Roman villa. 24 hour concierge and security. Flat is on the
ground floor and is very private. We have a fantastic pair of Chartreux
cats whom love their home and would love to care for yours, or we may
board or travel with them. I'm afraid we both still smoke, but the
apartment is kept aired and very fresh.

can consider a small cat if you cannot leave your darling, and
though we love dogs I'm afraid we cannot accommodate them. We would
also consider a child with excellent manners! Our insurance requires
certain policies, as does the building, Please let us explain when
you contact us. A car exchange is possible. Sorry, but there is no
guest parking available in the building, though we can provide
'guest' placards for street parking. |
