Our home is in the center of Marin County, an oasis of protected land. We are down the street from world renown Zen center Spirit Rock, as well as the San Geronimo Golf Course. The house is 2 stories, 3/2, and is 20 years new. Great location for beach access (20 minutes) San Francisco, (45 minutes) or the Wine Country (1 hour). Quiet, peaceful and a lot of gay neighbors!

We live in a neighborhood called NoPa (North of Panhandle.) This is a great neighborhood, walking distance to many attractions, dining, and is on a number of bus lines. Golden Gate Park is nearby, as well as Haight-Ashbury, Japan town, and don't forget the Castro, which is about a 15 minute walk away (or a 5 minute bus ride). Our apartment is comfortable, with usual modern amenities like wireless internet, cable tv, and a queen-sized bed. The kitchen has a gas stove and is a cozy place to cook quick meals or full dinners. Our building is nice, pretty quiet, but our neighbors are friendly and mostly young-ish. In all, we love living here, and would like to share the beauty and excitement of San Francisco with others from around the world.

Here is what you would be enjoying: a modern high-end condo located in the sunny South Beach area of SF. It’s located between the Bay Bridge and the Giants stadium. The waterfront, trains (Muni) and exceptional restaurants are located within two blocks of my door step. A walk to downtown, Union Square shopping, museums and the financial district takes only 10 minutes. My place is nicely furnished and comes with a queen size temper-pedic bed. The space is 975 square feet in size, has floor to ceiling windows, an open loft like floor plan and vaulted ceilings. You will have access to laundry, cable and Internet.

We have a great condo that is the two top floors of a three unit building/house in San Francisco. The first floor includes a large kitchen/dining area, bath, large master bedroom and very large multi purpose living room with the most amazing views of San Francisco and the Bay with a small deck. The second floor has another bedroom/bath and very large deck with the same views. We live near Twin Peaks and within walking distance to many neighborhoods especially the Castro and next to a bus line. The house is very updated and beautiful with all the amenities.

Our 2000 sq ft Marina-style home features a gourmet kitchen, entertainment center, fireplace, deck, private fenced yard, and all amenities a family of 2 or more could want. We have 2 great kids' rooms with loft beds. The Master bedroom (private bath) with its queen bed gets sunrise and sunset in the bay window. Our fireplace can be used year-round for mellow San Francisco evenings. There are also a rollaway bed and a queen air mattress to use in the studies if more bed space is needed. We have 2 small vehicles available for driving, and public transport is right outside the front door. The SFO airport is 15 minutes away via airport or BART train. Computers may be made available if you need them, and extra housecleaning can be arranged for the housekeeper's fee. Our home also features a live-in granny who is lively and can provide much in-person information (if you want her to) about our beloved and beautiful City. Otherwise, granny will care for our small pets who may remain while we are gone.

San Francisco is an intensely urban city, in easy reach of some of the most spectacular natural beauty in the world. Our home is on the southern edge of the City, somewhat away from the tremendous hubbub of the mainstream urban experience, but accessible to all. It is on a flat street, but has stairs. Many parks are near, the beach is a short ride away. A great coffee shop and wonderful greengrocer are just over the back of the hill. A great place to have quiet at night after the bustle of your memorable San Francisco experience. LGBTQQ Pride Month (June) in San Francisco is an experience like no other, and we would be happy to consider swapping so you could experience it!

We have a large one-bedroom apartment in the Castro District that can easily convert to a two-bedroom with use of a Murphy Bed. Large kitchen with double-doors opening to a fire-escape 'deck', two living rooms, computers with DSL, stereo, TV/VCR/DVD/Cable in one living room and also TV/Cable in bedroom, hardwood floors throughout, building is pre-1906 earthquake Victorian and really quite nice. Laundromat is directly below unit in the same building. Apartment is on second floor, corner unit on the J-Church train line.

We're a 30-minute walk or 10-min. bus ride down to the Castro district. Our neighborhood is very hilly, in the Twin Peaks neighborhood. Very quiet, lots of surrounding trees. Easy street parking. We have a 2 1/2 year old son. Children welcome. The available bedroom has a full-size futon.
