and situated in the located steps to the Centrum and Jordaan and Canals.
The building is over 100 years old and we occupy the top 2 floors of this
4 storey townhouse. We have 3 balconies, lots of light all day long and we
live on a wide canal. Amenities include an antique (fully functioning)
wood burning stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, high ceilings, 46"

This luxurious apartment is situated in the
city centre of Amsterdam n an old canal house. The gable is historic, the
inside is very modern with all facilities. The lift brings you to the 3rd
floor. The apt has 3 rooms included the spacious living room with open
front to the canal. All floors are parquet and all equipment is new and
modern. It is a trendy apt for trendy guys/ girls. The neighborhood is
very up market and a immediate access to the bars/clubs/theatres/ shops,
however the apt is very quiet and just in a very nice living area of
Amsterdam. Party season is all year long. In summer the gay canal pride is
on in the beginning of August.

We are an Asian-Dutch gay couple from
Amsterdam, the Netherlands, both teachers in higher education. We are
therefore always confined to school holidays for our home swaps.
We rent a charming ground-floor apartment
(1930) in quiet residential area, just 15 minutes from downtown Amsterdam
by tram and 15 minutes walk from two railway stations on different lines.
We have a garden, although it hasn't seen much maintenance of late.
We have a good relationship with our
upstairs neighbors and the local supermarket is just a 4-minute walk down
the street. One block over you can catch the tram to the city centre, but
if you're a seasoned cyclist it will also just take you 15 minutes to get
there on our bikes.
Our home is simple, with a small kitchen
and simple toilet and bathroom (separate, as in all traditional Dutch
apartments), but a great home base for your visit to Holland.

Hi, I'm Wim. I live in a small condo in a
warehouse in the center of Amsterdam. Most gay bars, museums and theatres
are within walking distance. Otherwise you can use public transport (bus,
trams and subway). In case you like to be nude, feel free to do so, though
nude sunbathing is not allowed. At ground level there's a beautiful
terrace I share with the other residents of the warehouse. I can offer you
a bedroom with a double bed, in the meantime I can sleep on the couch in

from downtown a'dam. From the 4th floor you get a splendid and far view
over water and the city-rooftops. It's a luxurious apartment with sun on
the balcony every morning. No traffic at the waterfront and a very lively neighborhood
with restaurants and bars of all kind around the corner. As you know,
Amsterdam has a lot to offer, especially a friendly atmosphere. Beach is
just 0.5 hr by train.
