The 10th floor corner unit has 1,792 sq.
ft. (166.5 m2), a 270 sq. ft. (25.1 m2) terrace and 1 reserved parking
space.
The living-dining area and kitchen have
cable tv and high speed internet jacks for your laptop. The master bedroom
has a queen bed and en suite bath with spa tub and shower. The guest
bedroom has a queen bed. The kids bedroom has 1 double & 2 single
futons and cable tv. The clothes washer and dryer are adjacent to the
guest bath. Our housekeeper is available to assist you.
The condo is directly on Biscayne Bay in
the heart of the Brickell-downtown area. You can walk to Bayside
Marketplace fishing and sightseeing boats, shops, restaurants and
nightclubs; the sports arena for Miami Heat basketball and shows; the
performing arts center for opera, ballet, concerts and plays; Brickell
Avenue and Mary Brickell Village for fine shops and restaurants. Drive 15
minutes to Key Biscayne for south Florida’s absolutely finest beaches,
golf and tennis; or drive to South Beach for its well known restaurants
and nightclubs.
