The area is safe still very genuine, not very touristy, which is hard for a city like Florence. The Flat has three rooms: 1 kitchen, 1 middle room with bed corner, sitting room and bathroom. Nice flat located in the city centre at 5th floor, 15 minutes walking from Colosseo, 10 minutes from underground Station S.Giovanni, close to public transportation facilities, shops available within walking distance: bakery, supermarket, newspapers outlet, chemistry, grocery, bars.
We prefer hospitality exchange, especially during week-ends about our destinations we can more easily travel for longer periods during the end's of the year or summer months otherwise in week-ends. We like to meet people from all over the world and make them discover our city, human relationships and feelings are fundamental for us! We speak English, Spanish, French and German.
