Our home, built in 1878, is about 2000 sq. feet and has a large deck in the back as well as front balcony overlooking 17th street and small garden off master bedroom. Lots of exposed brick - a front living room, a family room with funky art, three bedrooms, two and a half baths -- a great Jacuzzi tub. We are about a five minute walk from two different metro stops in Washington D. C. -- and we are in the middle of the most interesting restaurants and bars in D. C. -- those on 17th Street, the ethnic restaurants on 18th Street in Adams Morgan, and around the corner from the revived and funky U Street corridor shops and lounges.
