HOME EXCHANGE CONTRACT

The parties agree to exchange their homes from (period) ________________

Both parties agree to take the utmost care of each other’s belongings. If perhaps there should be an accident of any kind, the involved party (where the mishap occurred) agrees to replace or repair the item's) involved. Each party also agrees to pay for any charges incurred while at the exchange home which are billed to the exchange home (for example, telephone bill).  The parties agree not to remove any item from the home without the express written permission of it's owner. (for example, use of a car)

It is agreed that One World One Family is in no way responsible for any damages or anything related to the exchange. That is the sole responsibility of the exchangers themselves.
