California - Venice Beach

Hi, I am an Aussie living at Venice Beach, California. I have been here 18 yrs. I am extremely close to both the beach, Marina del Rey and the bike path. Also Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu are all near by. It's a great location to be at. I am also only 15 minutes from LAX airport. I have a 2 bed 1.5 bath, condo apartment with separate lounge room. Also a separate office loft with high speed internet. Satellite TV.

I also have a Car to swap.

FOR NOW: I am looking to do a swap in February 09, for 3 weeks to 4 weeks. I have a reunion to go to at the Australian Films and TV & Radio school, where I studied 30 yrs ago.

FOR ALL THE TIME: I am also open to exchanges in Madrid, Barcelona, Prague, Rio, New York at all other times. Also interested in other distant locations, so please feel free to write and enquire.
