 Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia

My FAB apartment is a short walk from the beach. With a bus stop at my front door, the city is a short 15 minutes away. The apartment has a gorgeous backyard garden with a well equipped BBQ for entertaining. The apartment could sleep three people, so long as one person sleeps on the very comfortable 4-seater lounge. 

Included are full laundry facilities, a well equipped kitchen, TV/DVD/VCR and the use of my car and bike.

Summer is a beautiful time in Sydney. The days are generally fine with beautiful sunshine and temperatures ranging 25ºC to 30ºC (85-90 degree Fahrenheit). High or low season, surfing is always on the agenda!

We live in a townhouse (circa 2000)in Erskineville one of Sydney's inner suburbs with a large g+l population. We live with another guy (Troy) and Molly, an Irish terrier. We have a large attic room with its own suite. We are 5 minutes walk to King Street, Newtown and the Imperial Hotel, home of Pricilla - Queen of the Desert. We are also 5 minutes walk to a number a rail stations providing easy access to the city/downtown/Oxford Street (3 stations) and Sydney's beaches (7 stations).

Our home is on 2 acres of bush land. We live 5 minutes away from pristine Marine Park beaches of Jervis Bay. Alternatively there are remote walking areas to the west of us. The climate is very mild all year. We are 2.5 hrs by car to Sydney and Canberra.

Our house is a beautifully renovated Californian bungalow. We live in a very quite street with quite a few other gay couples and families nearby. We are only a 10 minute walk from North Adelaide which has many groovy cafes and restaurants. The city is 5 minutes away by car or public transport. Only 1 hour to the Barossa or a little further on to the Clare Valley. We also have a Beach House one hour's drive south at Middleton on the South Coast.

Very gay-friendly laid-back but sophisticated town, great dining, magnificent scenery. Closest town to Great Barrier Reef, and near to the Daintree Rainforest. Mountains, sea and beach. Clean, safe and friendly. The villa is two levels. The ground floor is yours: large living room, dining, kitchen. Your bedroom is under separate roof, with doors opening out to your own private garden. Furnished antique/modern eclectic Asian. Relaxed and very comfortable. The upstairs of the villa is not available/locked.

The architect-designed adobe property is constructed of wood and mud-brick and has extensive decks to enjoy the fabulous lake and mountain views and walking access to croajingalong national park. "Mallacoota lies on the coast off the Princes Highway, the main coastal highway connecting Melbourne and Sydney, at about the half-way point".
