ATLANTA POSH QUARTERS, a luxury condominium in the heart of gay Atlanta we call Midtown. Surrounded by other mid and high rise residential properties, my condo is located on a quiet street next to the city's most prominent green space. Piedmont Park (200 acres) is the mecca of outdoor activities in the city proper. The Parc Vue Midtown building has 24/7 concierge and security and my unit is on the 9th floor of a 12 story mid rise. Reserved parking is unavailable in my building due to my own car occupying the single space. However, guest parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. And there is street parking as well as paid parking facilities nearby. One can fly into the busiest airport in the USA (ATL) and hop onto the MARTA public transit for arrival within blocks of my building. An automobile is optional for this part of Atlanta.

Our residence is located in the North Druid Hills neighborhood, less than 5 miles from the fast pace lifestyle of downtown Atlanta. The growth of the city is unbelievable and almost impossible to keep up with. Atlanta has something to offer every person, regardless of age or whatever your interests might be. This includes: a variety of local tourist attractions, theatre, bars/clubs, great shopping, authentic restaurants, and only an hour and a half away from the North Georgia Mountains.
On the other hand, if you are one of those people who really appreciate rest and relaxation, you can enjoy the sun, take a dip in the pool, soak in the hot tub, or plan an afternoon siesta in the hammock with your partner. At night, curl up on the sofa and watch a good movie downstairs in the basement.
Our home can comfortably host two additional people. Visitors will have private bedroom with a queen size bed, private bath, and access to the pool and hot tub.
