My condo is located to around downtown Chicago looking down Chicago river. It's close to all the major attraction of Chicago downtown area such as Sears Tower, Grant Park, museum campus, magnificent miles shopping area. It's 5 minutes walking to the subway station, so it is fairly easy to hop on the train and go to anywhere in Chicago. My condo is a loft style with open space style (no door on bedroom). So you should consider if privacy is important to you. It has two bedroom. I have a sofa bed in 2nd bedroom which is used for guest and my computer stuff.

I speak English and Mandarin. You should be independent, honest, responsible, considerate, willing to keep the place clean. I prefer you are not party animal or noisy.
